How do you define the “Perfect College?” Some desire a-maizing division one sports with great athletic facilities with a huge fan base. Some want an a-maizing academic research institution with a strong alumni network. Others need an a-maizing campus life experience with a great diversity of clubs and opportunities to find something they can pursue for four years of their life.  I believe that the University of Michigan is the perfect university because it embodies all three of these scenarios into one. For the athletic lovers, Michigan has over 29 great division one teams with great facilities, including the “The Big House,” the biggest college football stadium in the nation. Also, Michigan athletics has a huge fanbase from current students, alumni, and normal people across the country. For the academic seeker, Michigan is the number one public research college in the nation. There are vast opportunities for one to pursue an interest and career, and with over 500 thousand living alumni, Wolverine connections are made in any industry. And for the student who wants a great campus experience, Michigan has them covered. From a strong greek life to a vast number of clubs and a great student support system, they can guarantee they have something for everyone as long as they look. If someone came up to me and asked, “What is your perfect college,” I would say the University of Michigan. I plan on having an a-maizing experience as a Wolverine.
