As a high school senior, I had no idea how to apply to college. My immigrant mother, Lydia, found the right advisor and helped me get admitted and attend USC, Columbia University and UCLA. As an Admission Officer at Vassar College, I visited high schools across the country and realized just how ill-prepared I was from my public high school.
Today, I am on a mission to help close the information and education gap by delivering the same expert advice to public school students that private high school students take for granted.
